Camera swap meet 10th June South Perth Civic centreG'day

I just thought I'd throw in a plug for the Camera swap meet on next Sunday morning. I imagine most of the gear is stuff anybody would want to be rid of, but curiousity will get me there. South Perth civic centre from sparrowsfart till the sun crosses the yardarm. Cheers

 G'day

Well my plans of getting there have been thwarted, I've found something "better" to do, the Nikon Workshop @ The Duxton arranged by Camera Electronic. The brochure says 'Pro lens provided" and "Free gifts", although I doubt they're the same thing !! Cheers

lol, yeah it didn't really suit what you were after. Great to meet you and your dad though.

I bought a Manfrotto tripod with a ball head for a bargain $120. I also got 2 slave flashes for $20 (the pair) so i was pretty happy with that. I just needed them to use as back lighting in my home studio so they are perfect. I was tempted by the Sigma 90mm f/2.8 1:1 macro for $300 though. It had only been used a couple of times, mint condition. I had a play with the tamron 11-18mm f/4.5-5.6 but i don't like the aperture range on it. Fair buy for $400 (mint) but not for me. Adam, any luck? Harry Nikon D80, MB-D80, Nikon 50mm f/1.8, Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8, SB-800, Sigma 18-200 f/3.5-6.3
