Hi All,

Saturday 29/1 mini-meet at my base as usual from 8:00am - 1:00PM

- Photography topic discussion.
- CCD cleaning session
- On-site photography gears testing and evaluation.

Tea & coffee provided. PS:
Sorry for the confusing from other thread:
The event which I proposed to attend on Saturday is now postponed to mid of next week.
So welcome all of you on Saturday at the mini meet.

I wish I could make it on the 29th, but i'm working.. I'm looking forward to making it to a future one though, where I can learn how to clean my CCD properly :)

Not sure about me just yet... kicked off renovation works on Monday and things of course are already wavering off and on course. There's a good chance I'll be out and about selecting flooring and other humdrum.

Birddog, as a newish member, I would like to visit on 29/1. I live in Coffs HArbour but am in Sydney until Mon 31/1. Would be very good to see how to clean CCD etc on my shiny new D70.

WHere r u located etc?

The mini meet will be happened very often with the purposes of helping new owners/ members in many queries about the toy they have, and other topics as learning about cleaning CCD, workflow in digital photography, post processing or looking into some new glasses and gadgets and ready for lust once you're ready, so if you missed this week, there're many meets after, just stay tune to the forum!

Birddog - should be able to make it by 11am. Is that to late to catch the CCD cleaning session? Noticed a couple of dust bunnies on my Australia Day photos and I've decided it "wabbit season" :lol:

Yes, Matt and Onyx same as myself will help/ show and clean your CCD at my base, then you have to DIY next time or showing and help other members to clean their CCD when needed.

Bugger - I want to make one of these events before I leave to NZ, but unfortunately, I seem to work every Saturday at the moment. Oh well, if there's one in the next two weekends (not this one starting tomorrow), I hope to be able to make it :)

I meant what cleaning supplies do you stock and what are the prices (I got the impression that you made up a kit from your post to johndec).

Ie Pec Pads, Eclipse and a Spatula / Tool to actually do it?
