500mm f8 mirror lens

Got this lens on ebay and cant believe how sharp the pics come out - these are the first ones I just snapped off, not really knowing what I'm doing. I bought it mainly to practice getting sharp distance photos before I invest in a good AF lens. The size of these pics dont do them justice, but considering they were handheld I'm impressed. Once I know what I'm doing I will post some more. For anyone wanting a cheap telephoto these look good fun to play with.

You will be surprised how short a distance this lens will focus at.......... It is a great lens, I have had mine for over 25 years, and still working well, easy to hand hold, but a bit harder with a 2x converter, I try every now and then but with average results........ enjoy your new toy.......

The 500mm F8 Reflex is a sensational lens for what it is. I have one too and have taken plenty of great pics with it.

You will be surprised just what it can do.

Sounds cheap for some long range glass, I might be worth a look.
