New D2x pics bikesHi All, well nothing special i can say still sorting camera out and well high grass at track was a put off as not many shots where the grass doesn't cover the bike but here is a few, lots more to learn.

It will be well worth it in the end, as you get used to it. That last bike is a bit odd.

ccat, I only got this camera midnite friday nite so it is all a bit rushed but have not printed a picture out with it at all i have a had a lot of hit and misses with focusing, so will have a look at Chris's site he posted as yeh lot of shots out of focus, but will sort it out in time.

Thanks guys, but yeh makes me wonder how anyone gets good pics with it as seemed all my pics was out of whack. Anyhow did the firmware update, had a look at that link and change a couple of settings and pics i took today was a bit better, but i found i had to sharpen a lot in PS and also add contrast as they looked a bit washed out. I shot in jpeg though, but yeh might take some time.

The best things is try each lens with the D2x and you'll find out something which they're interested. Pls. don't expect the way you use the D70 is the same with the D2x. Birddog114

Hi Birdy, yes as i got it rather later the other nite i just started with the normal setting in the way i had the D70 setup, but yeh going to have to try differant things to see what works. Yesterday i put the kit lens on and used that but i think i might have to do some setup on some things as i have found needs more contrast etc... and will try the other lenes, not very good outside but will keep trying.
