A group of friends clubbed together to get me the SB800 as a leaving present and I have NO idea how to use all the functions. I'd love to join this when you do it!!

Being in Chatswood you are at a distinct advantage of living close to where we have regular minimeets...lots of lens lust, friendships and good times. You say you got your SB800 as a leaving present? Where did you leave and where are you going? Do tell . Enjoy your time here, I can almost guarantee you will!

Geoff: Thanks so much for your friendly words. I left London after 7 years there. 14 in England altogether. Just spent 2 months taking pics around Burma, Thailand and Vietnam and arrived here 5 days ago. I'd like to be here forever, as I love Oz, but it all depends on Mr Immigration!

Would be great!! I have no car yet and have no idea where anything is. My basic knowledge of Sydney is the CBD, Chatswood, Bondi and Manly. I have no idea how to get between these points apart from by train or bus!! My extensive London knowledge is bugger all use to me now!!
