 I am not, sheesh, your arms would be sore after that     I love that last one!, wish there was a bit more sky, but I still keep coming back to it! So when you get back we expect you to be very very trim, taut and terrific eh?!

 Ha!Thanks guys - it's been an INCREDIBLE trip! Amazing! Words don't cut it
 And yes, I've now lost a total of 12kgs (since Febuary of this year) and a few of those would've been since I have been O/S.
 Yep Gerry - my arms were very sore at the end of each day when canoeing..but each day we just had to man up and get into it!! It was fantastic!!
 
 I have a HEAP more photos to process and share, but it'll have to wait til I return on August 17.
 
 I've arrived in Zurich now, next stop Paris, Dublin, London then Thailand for 5 nights on my way home.
