Shot with the kit len's, 40th f16 hand held.........

I like the perspective in this one, but I'd like to ask one question..... why that brick ? Or is that what the image is asking me ?

Nice shot. Great use of black and white to show up the texture of the bricks. And yeah, that one brick has me wondering...

Yea! Why that brick, it's not even in one of the rule of thirds positions.

What an interesting photo. Really plays with the eye's (illusion).
Now, about that brick...come on guys, can't you see it's in the centre of the frame?....well nearly.

I really like this one - it certainly gets you thinking.
The composition works for me, with the edge of the coloured brick in about the centre. The rest of this brick being to the right of centre makes me look to the right and hence creates the impression of depth.

That doesn't mean it's a good photo.
That mean people are talking and thinking about the photo.

Big Pix, I think I'd prefer it in full black and white but a bit more contrastier.
I'm slightly against the small-bit-of-colour-in-a-black-and-white images lately because I'm seeing so many of them. They're getting tired in my mind.

I think this one would be better without it.

Of course its a good photo!!!
With subject matter like this it can only be so.

well its a good photo in the way that it gets you thinking about, not necessarily just simply a good photo.
