Thought I'd post a few of the pictures.

The next two are my 'real' first attempts at sunset shots.

I reckon they were more luck than anything else.
Cheers,
Ray

Not sure why these pics haven't received any feedback on them as they're great.
The first two would benefit from some PP just to up the saturation. Have you tried to convert the 3rd one to b&w with a bit of noise added to it? I like the effect the silhouettes have on the ancient architecture. ![]() Hassy, Leica, Nikon, iPhone

Either monitor calibration or colour profiles me thinks. I've noticed a fair bit of difference if you use aRGB in camera and view it in sRGB in p/shop the colours are different.
From what i've read, i managed to summarise it to the following: for printing and web display purposes - use sRGB when photographing and wanting to use the image for PP - use aRGB if you want to keep it plain and simple, set your colour profile in camera to sRGB. Hassy, Leica, Nikon, iPhone

I like the first one. A bit more sharpening and colour would make it sing. It's a very interesting subject and you've shown it well.
The second pic, the sunset through the temples is really nice. But once again, a bit more colour will make it much better. Sunsets need a dash more colour. It is a good pic though and you've picked your spot well. Steve.
