2 x 10 second shots

The third of my 10 second shots that I passed over for the comp appears below (my other two are here). I've held back on posting since it was so like the one Mikhail (hlop) had entered (both shots were taken the same night)

And this one is an alternate take from a different day of the one I entered. Immediately after the comp closed I decided (too late) that I preferred this one :cry:

They're both very special shots Peter. I actually prefer the 2nd one to the one you entered but I guess you don't wnat to hear that... :shock:

Gentlemen

Thanks for the comments. These pics are a real conundrum for me. #1 because the boats are a little blurry (it was 10 seconds after all and boats rock up & down) and #2 because I'd have liked to have had the water darker, yet both have really strong appeal.

Simon - I agree this is the better pic

Hi Peter!

I've got very similar framing of night marina but it was 30 seconds exposure, so, I used vertical frame (10 seconds) in competition :)

Figured you would Mikhail. That's why I erred on the side of caution and left this one out.
