Another Macro experiment

Took these using an LED torch as the only light source.

Tamron 70-300 macro at 300mm with 12, 20 and 32 mm extension tubes attached.

Exposure 30 secs @ F32

Background was just a piece of white paper.

I triggered the shutter with torch pointing away to give any vibration a moment to settle then moved the torch all around to reduce shadows and the moved the torch away before the shutter closed (just in case).

A bit fiddly but I don't mind the result and of course it's never going to work outside.

I am loving the results you are getting.

That "bit" coming at you is a bit distracting...feels like something is about to poke me in the eye.

Thank Deb,

Here is a shot of the whole flower (Grevillea Orange Marmalade) without the extension tubes foir comparison. I dont know what the "bit" is called maybe a stamin, but you are right, it is distracting. Probably should have spent a bit more time arranging.
