Have posted one similar to this awhile ago, but I'm testing out a new B&W Conversion.
Channel Mixer, tick Blue Channel, then Monochrome.
Then a tad of Contrast.

Brings out the Eyes more.
Should be brighter than I usually post in B&W as well, well I hope so anyway :roll:

Mic nice shot....... she will love it at her 21st........ but still a tad dark....... or as we used to say about 1/3 of a stop, will brighten it up......

Looks good, Mic. Still a touch dark on my monitor, but I guess it's because of the significant differences for Mac vs PC.

mic ....... have you tried "image" "mode" "greyscale" in PS, ........ if the image is a little flat then use levels to add a bit of contrast......
