Oops sorry about the image size. Youngest son's soccer game today (he's the one walking in the background!) Everyone else seems happy to follow the leader. The leader looks pretty happy too!

Great picture, though I'd be a little concerned over the lack of positional sense demonstrated by your son's team mates. :)

Great shot. Love the expression on the face of the girl on the left.

Lovely photo which promotes the theory that if you can’t win by tactics win by sheer bloody numbers

Marcus,

Nice, crisp imaghe with great use of DoF too.

What lens, and also what WB setting did you have? I'm asking about the wb because this looks (to me, on my monitor) as though there's a slight green tinge to it all.

I'm saying this despite the predominance of the green in the image; it just looks to me as if the wb or hue isn't quite right, and needs a bit bit of a nudge towards the warmer side of the spectrum.

Lovely shot Marcus but I too, like Gary saw (on my monitor as well) a green tint, I (hope you don't mind) took the magenta/green slider in PS to -26 and this is what I got:

yes the colour is better in Geoffs edit... but that is a minor point in a nice photo!!

I love the self satisfied expression on the face of the possesor... "hehehe, Damn I'm good!"

Good memories!

Thanks to all,

Chris: They lost!?

Gary: 70-200VR, 1/1250th at f2.8, WB auto. I'm just getting used to this lens and had been shooting previously in sports mode but have now changed to manual because of focus problems. Your monitor is not playing tricks and the shot is too green.........probably thanks to some bad PS work after dinner at the neighbours on Sat night (beer goggles on!).

Geoff: Thats what I was after. Always feel free to manipulate!

MHD: Yeah, he's a pretty happy chappy at that moment!
