Don't trash it. Maybe some shadow/highlight filter on the boat only. Just to allow a hint of detail on the boat. Not too much though or you'll lose your effect (just a tiny bit!)

As requested......and a bw crop.........not one of my best pix,s. I tend to revisit old pixs to recrop change colors re-process as I shoot in raw, sometimes I am happy with the result sometimes I am not, but to revisit at another time you tend to look at the old image a bit different and look at what you can get from the original that is pleasing to one's eye. My reject file is quite large but now and then I get something from it
