These were taken last Wednesday morning, after decent snowfall overnight around Canberra.

They are all nice but I think the 3rd one is excellent. You are making me even more excited about my upcoming snow trip. :D

Nice..

Snow looks a little "warm" in #2 (photographically speaking). How was the WB set?

Thanks for the comments everyone!

Regarding the WB in 2, it was set identically to the third one. I am wondering if it is my LCD screens that have thrown that off, as I don't notice it here.

Does anyone have a problem with the increased saturation?

Much fall around the CBD?

We got nothing at all in the CBD. :(

Earlier in the night (~6pm) I was out in Queanbeyan, and it started to snow, but it didn't hang around long. Around here we didn't get anything more then sleet.

Having said that, the next morning there was snow still down to 700-750m, so we were driving through a lot of it to get up to where these pics were taken. On the way back we noticed that they had actually closed the main road out to Brindabella!

A great morning (and much better then uni!).
