"Lustings"
Posted: Mon Apr 16, 2007 9:32 pmToday I was lucky enough to spend the day with the Sydney photographer James Morgan http://www.morgan-photo.com. We were doing a story about him and a recent book he has worked on called Petarazzi! A coffee table book about celebrities and their pets, it is a fund raising project for the RSPCA.
Anyhow it was an awesome chance to watch someone who earns living (a rather large one at that) from doing what we all love doing.
I had severe “lustings” seeing him working with two D2X’s one with a 70-200 VR and the other Nikon 17-55 mm and just in case he needed it a Nikon 300 mm.
I have included a picture from our time at Taronga Zoo, We had just filmed James shooting a Condor flying down, and needed to get some pickup shots of him in action. Hence the battle of the lenses.
C&C welcome, but seeing as I sent this picture to James I am sure I am going to get comment or two back from him!
