Vince, I like the second one, although I think it would benefit from a tighter crop.
For the first, I find the highlights on the building in the background too distracting.
Overall, I like the B&W treatment.
Just my observations.

Ok. Like I said, I like your B&W conversion although have you lost detail in the groom's suit in the first photo (my monitor is very ordinary and I can't really tell otherwise)?

I really like the 2nd image. I think it could benefit from bringing out some more shadow detail and cloning out the wires/background car.
The detail in the leather of the seat is great and think it would be complemented well being matched by the suit and hair. The blown highlights are a bit annoying, perhaps duplicate the layer and apply a multiply overlay.
Overall it's a great image, hopefully they're less picky than me

Nice work Vince! I like the framing of these as they set the couple in a beautiful environment. I like the B&W treatment too!
