My Top 4 For the Week

Hey Guys,


Again sorry to those who thought that i was posting too much. I was and i didnt mean to "hog" the forums (just love my photography and loved to share - not for an ego trip - thats all).

From now on i am going to post 4 of my fav images from various shoots i might do that week. These are the first.....C & C always welcome.

As a side note...one of my wedding images is in the Sunday Telegraph here in Sydney today.....!

Here are some thoughts from someone who does none of this photography. :D

I really like the second one, but I think f/5.6 is too shallow. The out of focus butterfly niggles at me. Great framing.

The light in number 3 is great. I think it might have been even better without the window in shot. The grey wall would have made a nice background to make her pop out the shot.

The last one is a tough one, but I guess it reflects his character. You could even go for a more grungy PP effect.

I'm not using a calibrated monitor so I don't think I can comment on the first one.

i liek the first one great use of light

although for that kind of image the expression is a bit off the smirk doesnt suit it
it would of been better if she had a more dreamy expression with one hand against the wall as if she was pushed against it gently that woudl suit beter in my opinion

but overall the image is excellent

Hi Dan, you nailed the shot of the girl on the punching bag. Looks great mate. I also like the portrait of the man who wont look at the camera. Good treatment and interesting texture on the wall behind.

I did do this shot as well.this is dreamy?
