I had never tried any photography of little kids and I was expecting quite a challenge trying to get them to stay still etc.
Well I was right, it is a challenge, so after 5 mins of trying I gave up and decided to just use the 50mm f/1.8 and follow him around and get a candid.
The baby on the other hand, I was expecting to be a breeze, oh how wrong I was. She was by far the hardest subject I have tried to shoot.

Anyway, these are the results. For the record, I have permission to post the shots and the kids are my little cousins.









Some Critisism or any comments would be great.

What cute kids! Your soooo right about photographing babies...they are a challenge...but the shot you have taken here is just great!

And for your first time at childrens portraiture you have done a really good job....they are sharp enough...look natural and I am sure that Mum will be well chuffed with them...
