Hi Rob,

Nice to put a face to the name!
Oscar for me this shot seems a little dark, but I'm not on my usualy PC (it blew up) so it could be my current ad hoc setup. It just looks a tad dark and lacks some pop.

Mick,
I agree with Craig's comments here too. Have you done any pp of this image?
Good to meet you too, Rob. Well sort of anyway.

It is lovely, I'm a big fan of the wetlands between Oatley and Mortdale (I recently posted some birds, lizards and a snake I saw on a walk last friday through them). Not bad exercise either, but it is a great area.

Nikon, Canon or another poison ?

Canon..... Just got Kit Lenses 18-55 and 70-300 and a Tamron 90mm on the way. :)

My flatmate and I rode down across the footbridge to Como? is it... they have a quaint little marketplace there on sunday mornings... was quite nice..... Dont think that ive been to the reserve that you mention as yet... might be a good place to try out the Tamron tho!.

Como is nice, if you are after more directions I could find a map to show you where the wetlands are, certainly plenty of dragonflies, bugs etc out and about most the time, as well as other wildlife.

Yes, especially down by the lake, or take the funicular up to Brunate ... Just a short train ride to Milano and Monza.
