Wow - where do I find the 2/100th sec setting on my camera? Is that the same as 1/50th?!
Also..I've noticed you take a lot of your photos at apertures around the f20+ mark; I reckon you could get away with dropping to around f16 as going much higher on a digital sensor is only going to soften your result and not give you all that much more DOF at 28mm. I think

thanks rob,early morning no wind.mark you dont see it in the pic but the water has teatree stain,kids love it. liam i was taking a sunrise trying to flatten the ocean and forgot to reset aperture.the settings i copied out of coppermine and cris yes i agree,it is a nice shot.

Fair enough!! My best trick with forgetting to change settings after changing scenarios was to leave the ISO set to 1600 and doing a daylight shot wondering why my shutter speeds are so high!
Copper mine spells "Aperture" with an extra "a" AND gave you 2/100th's as the shutter speed - sheesh!
