The wedding was huge, 600 guest in total.
Both images captured with the 50mm F1.4, with available lighting.
captured this when bride was putting her shoes on.
A relaxed portrait.

Vince, the second is a beautiful image

Maybe you should have brought a wide angle, you seem 599 guests short?

Thanks Glen
The 12-24mm did not even fit everyone in

Vince - well done mate. A 600 guest wedding - that is HUGE. I hate to think what it cost them per head...whoa. Where's Bel? We need to talk about eloping

. Seriously though, two lovely images and I too prefer the 2nd one. I find the hair clip a little too dominating in the first but artistic none the less. Thanks for sharing.

Love your work Vince.
Both great but I favour #1 - quality wedding reportage.

i thought mine was going to be huge with 200 odd people...but 600 is ridiculous!
Nice images
btw
I think if you had gone wider with the first pic and shown her shoes, it might have given more element to the pic. If you hadn't mentioned she was putting her shoes on, I would have thought she was bending down for something...or you asked her to bend down so you can photograph her headwear.
