This Photo was a 30 sec exposure at the end of a 50th birthday party! I was full of CC ( drank a full bottle of canadian club) but still was able to organise my camera!

Image

Any C&C welcome as I am still new to LONG exposures!

Cheers

White balance......

Hopefully you shot this in NEF so you can readjust the white balance to give it a more natural colour caste than the one presented.

Pretty good for a 30 second exposure. Your subjects did not move much in that time :) Interesting that at 30 secs, the lights have not produced blown highlights. That's quite impressive.

Great work.

Great entertaining area, and Killa's right the colour seems a little off.

While strictly speaking, Steve is correct regarding the wb, there's no real need to alter this IMHO; it's lit by incandescant lighting, which is naturally warm, and that's what I'm seeing in this image.

Thanks for the comments!
I too was concerned about the colouration but I have fiddled with it and I find this colour interesting (adds warmth). Might try again with the white balance though.

Cheers
