great shot... and the larger version definitely does the shot justice.

I would love to see some more dynamic range in the shot. a little more exposure and contrast in the foreground.

that being said.. i still like the shot. nicely done. :D

Terrific image, really catches the eye...

Oh, had a sticky nose at your site, and had to say I really liked the image of the decorated barge(http://www.flickr.com/photos/tjt195/65452828), the colors are captivating... Wow, what a location...

Cheers guys for your comments!! This was taken at about 5:45am while we waited for a fantastic sunrise!! Unfortunately there was a lot of low cloud and haze and there was no brilliantly orange streaky clouds as we had hoped for!!

Yeah! It's doable with the "Willie-Pete" (White Phosphorus target-marking rockets). :wink:

You know, Taro, you burst on the scene here and every one of your shots has been a cracker mate. THis is no exception. The composition is cool, the layers give it depth. It's great.
Always look forwards to seeing your shots.
