Hey all, second trip to the zoo (this time with my gf)... Got some pretty good shots this time (many more keepers then my first trip!), so I'm happy. Here a few of the ones I liked.

Note: these were shot with my 70-300G lens, in Manual, RAW mode. I haven't done any PP yet, these are the photos straight from the camera (I just did a batch conversion to JPG and posted). I'll definately be making some adjustments when I get a chance.

Hi Anthony,

I think you had a great time at the zoo and also some great photos.
I like the cats, particularly the meerkats.
I can see the meerkats being involved in a conversation regarding their colony.

Anthony. You've done well with these. Standouts for me are #5, 10 and 12. Weakest is shot #6 - I find the bodyless bird's head a little distracting (but it may be becaus eI'm more used to headless bird's bodies)
