These are great my only criticism would be the background can be a little distracting and take away from the subject a little. The colours are great but I'd be interested to see how they come up in monochrome.

Not much you can do about the background up there probably 5,000 people milling round in the showgrounds.

I could blur the background in photoshop but that takes time and skill and I don't have either.

Dug - I agree with Craig on the backgrounds, but IMO, these are fantastic photographs that just cry out to be in colour. Love em

Ditto with Craig and Chris doug. Eyes also don't seem sharp on my screen. Beautiful colour rendition though!

Just processing some more shots it is interesting to watch Photoshop "Auto Colour" try to cope with the skin tones on the painted faces

"help me help me I'm melting!"
