What's a group of photographers called? A gaggle?...

I don't think this guy was one of ours, but it made for a nice pic :)

Thanks again to Andre for organising - was a great morning :)

the last is a great shot with the ship in the background, adds a sense of place

Great colours and use of available light. The last image is excellent and has a National Geographic feel to it.

Hey Sheepie, mate you have done a good job with these pics mate look bloody great. So was this some teaching thing or was there just lots of strays out there thinking the same thing about getting out early to get these shots?

But yeh i like them all. Well done mate.

Great colours, love the composition of the first and the last ones.

Oh, I'm not sure Gaggle is the right term for a group of photographer, perhaps the answer is in the wiki ??

Thanks all. Last one for this evening = I spent a lot of time trying to get a 'different' shot of the tower, loved the way the light interacted with the texture of the timber :)

Over-did the Polariser a little, but I like the shot anyway ;)

Leon

#3 and #5 are the real stars here for me, although the Cp affected tower is pretty damn good too.

Oh, and here's a pic of sheepie taken around the time he was taking pics of the gaggle

I think it was just strays doing the same as what we were doing ;) It's a top spot, and I can understand why people get up early when you have somewhere like this :)

Tomorrow I hope to process some of the sunSET pics from the same day - different spot though ;) (it was a very loooong day!)

Well done Sheepie,

#1 and #5 are great. On #5, he was a "stray" taking photos of the surfers. The perspective on the tower is also great, I've got a few to process too.

I think a group of dslrusers should be a troop :D :D

Well done to have them processed already. Hope to have some of mine posted tomorrow.

Thanks to all that came, I had a great morning.

Cheers

Leon, I like all five, the gaggle shot has me because I can see why I like the others but I don't know why I like 4 so much. These shots must make your weekend worthwhile

Great shots Leon, love them all.

I think the collective noun for a group pf photogs would be a "bracket" :D
