Another great capture, John! Funny how you always seem to be around when disaster strikes. :D Remind me not to be anywhere near you when you are holding your camera. Great photos.

Wow, great sequence. The D2x would suit well, would be great i think if there was another shot inbtween the 1st and 2nd shot.

That first one is, as usual John, a cracker. Roll on the D2x! Max

Rocking shots John. :) That frustration at not getting the frame per second you want is shared by most of us. Wish I had a D2X on the way!

no wonder those guys wear carbonkevlar padding.... OUCH!

My Luck will be that they will come off when i am not around, but i can have a break for awhile as this was last meeting for the season, so now back to Road bike for the next month or so so will get some practice with the D2X.

LOL, sounds like a gypsie curse my friend jokes about. He's an astrophysicist/astrophotographer and every night that he is actually free to go and take pics, it gets cloudy. Every night that he's too busy working to shoot, it's crystal clear. Should make him work for the Bureau of Meteorology :P

Well done! In the Baja off road race (California to Mexico) the Mexican locals build traps to cause spectacular crashes so they can sell the photos and Video

But no one here would do that :P

Would they?????
