Dirt Bike Deeds
Posted: Sun Nov 20, 2005 12:28 pmHeaded up to Mt Kembla for a bit of Dirt bike action yesterday arvo. Very friendly club people gave me an orange vest and let me go anywhere. Dust was bad. I have never been to a dirt bike 'thingo' before.

I found the whole exercise a great way to hone a few skills having never really taken any fast action stuff before. These guys are totally mad...and I looked normal standing in the middle of them with an orange vest and a big lens (Siggy 70-200 2.
I am happy to hear any advice as I can only get better with practice and finding better vantage points where I dont get run over. I had a good discussion on the 'Absolute beginners' Section this morning about AF zones.
