First of all I want to say that they are great photos. You are right that Rome is a wonderful place to take photos. And I really like the images posted here - images which I beleive demonstrate a good talent and a good eye.
However, I believe it is a person right to have their religious beliefs (or not to have religious beliefs). It is a pity that religious intolerance has crept into the forum through some of the minor words expressed in this thread - I accept that the words are
moderate but clearly are stated to make a point otherwise they would not have been included. This is disrespect to Catholics who are members of the forum. The world is fast becoming a sad place because of terrorism supposedly based on a particular religious belief (I acknowleage that these are actions by a very small minority of that religion and not all members).
Does a forum on DSLR photograph and DSLR cameras have to join the madding throng?
This site is for comments on all things relating to DSLRs. Please respect other people’s beliefs and continue to post good photos, smart comments on other people’s images, interesting facts on DSLR cameras, software etc. and leave the bigotry to other forums.
Apologise for the rant - but I like this forum and, overall all the greate threads, information and photos contained within it, Steve
