Got a bit bored this afternoon so just went out to the backyard and took some random photos. I got these while playing around with the macro on my tamron 70-300mmG. Nothin special, but hey.

There is something very special about the first pic NJ. The two insects look as if they are co-joined

what do you mean nothing special? the first is very special it's a great capture and the contrast of the flower and background is great!
I would be very happy if i took this image,it's an unconventional and yet beautiful flora image.

hey NJ - the insects in the first photo are in cop .... um, mating

They are seed bugs, of the family Lygaeidae. At the moment, if you look around, they are mating absolutely everywhere !!!! Well, not these two, but others of the same family ... well they're not sisters and brothers or anything.. but... I give up
