the piano shot is true to your form. It is quite spooky it seems like a ghost is playing. Your impeccable use of black and white and your matured choice of differential focus and dramatic perspective are all very seductive, well done.

6 & 7 remind me of my days as a lad jumping off manly pier into the water turbulence of the Manly Ferry as it left the wharf....... as the girls held our shirts and towels, no brains and happy without them..........but I still like blonds........ I like these shots......... there is hope yet......

Some great images Leigh... A slightly wider version of #1 would have been good, including the guy in full... If only to highlight the contrast between young & old / fit & flab...

Some great shots leigh, I think I prefer the B&W shots in this series, you did a great job with the rope and the piano I'm keen to compare Exif data as my rope and piano shots are no where near as good.
Checking out your gallery I really like, QVB-BW-001 I think it would fit in well with the B&W series.

Fantastic work leigh. From what I have seen of your work, as soon as you take yourself seriously your images are incredible, and so is your beard

Leigh, Leigh, Leigh - I looked through all of the shots and thought wow - these are really a different perspective on what ordinary mortals see. However, I do not know whether your shot of the
Opera House is a tongue-in-cheek attempt at pleasing the masses with a fairly ordinary shot of a totally over photographed maison - or, you have seen something we have not in this building
After that minor diatribe you may have guessed that I like them all except for the OH

Wonderful piano shot, but I want to know what that notice means on the bow of the ferry!

Do not allow children to sit on the bow

Hey Nnnnsic - you should shoot more in colour! I like the greenish water shot on your 'site better than the shots you've posted I think.
Must agree with previous posters about the
Opera House shot though - its been done before! (and usually your shots have not been done before!)

I figured I'd do something normal for a change.
I'll try not to let it happen again.
