Nice one Greg It really isn't all that difficult is it? That's the advantage of digital, just keep shooting. Yours is a little sharper than my best effort though.

Very nice shot.

The first time I was trying to capture lightning after taking the shot the camera would take ages to store the image, resulting in me missing some shots. I evetually realised that I had noise reduction on which caused the huge delay. So just tip for those with noise reduction on. I always have mine off now.

I feel that photographing storms could be quite addictive

Oneputt, your dead right about the advantage of digital, just keep shooting. I could not have justified 3 rolls of 35mm for one or two keepers.

JordanP, some of the strikes were quite close thankfully I was able to shoot from indoors.
