Tony, the first shot of the eyes really shows the concentration involved and has a huge human interest in it, also like the 996 shot a lot, shows plenty of air and the amount of camber these guys run. Nice

I agree with Glen on your shots Tony - the Porsche shot has been emphasised really well by it being a low shot

Hi Drifter, seen these last nite didn't get a chance to coment but yeh these are great, all of them so yeh would be nice to get to a track like that. I know they have the V8s at Phillip Island next month and now after being there i think it would be a great place to veiw and take pics of them there as there is no high barriers to obstuct the veiw. But i am not allowed as she inside said i have to take her to Clipsal race in Adelaide next year. Oh well cant win them all.

This one surprised me .From above the pit garages at Eastern creek .Just the angle seemed to be a turn off at first but when i saw this i thought hmm ,cool , i'll be going back up there again .

Tander. Turn 2 Oran Park

Oran Park turn two V8 supercar round during the practice session on Saturday. Frozen wheels are a bit of a bummer but i was aiming to capture the flame nice and sharp and to get them a teensy bit further round the corner so as the wheels weren't as much in view with the higher shutter speed .

Thanks Drifter, great shots again and the tander shot is still a goody even if wheels are frozen.
Well done.

That one was shot from behind the skid pan at the bottom of the small hill that leads down to turn 4 .

Tony, i know, but i am one for low shutter speeds as most of my photography is of bikes i try to use as low as possible, but sometimes can be hard and well i reemember Onyx mention some time ago about using P mode on camera and while still getting some motion blur i found this to be very usefull for some cases. I have lately been using shutters of 1/25 for certain effects, something different. But you have done well with your shots i would be very happy with these.
