Planning a 5th November meet with members of DeviantART where we'll set up a few telescopes from York Optical and take higher res shots for fun.

Hi Mark - I never get sick of looking at sharp close-ups of the lunar surface. what size 'scope did you use for this one?

it was taken using a Celestron 4" diameter scope of about 1200mm focal length. I'm a bit hazy on the details. I loved using it as it was controlled using a hand held computer unit or could be connected to the pc via USB.
