to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Germany.

Hi Chris, these are really nice vacation photo's! I also love the interesting way you've taken this out-of-the-window plane shot. The dark area really sets the centre focus and frames it nicely.
Can't wait to see more...

Christian. I've seen thousands of ordinary shots out plane windows. Now I am happy to say I've finally seen an extraordinary one. Well done.

Regarding the gallery:

Making A Splash is the stand out, morning traffic in Hanoi, What A Beautiful smile and At Ha Long Bay are also very good. These all have lovely vibrant colours and a great sense of place. I like Uncle Ho also, but find the motion blur (especially in the very bottom of the frame) very distracting.

Can't wait to see more.

The blue jeep which the American left behind and has been modified with a Jap diesel engine (Yanmar or Kubota), these engines used to pump water to the paddy field (irrigation) or used on a fishing boat,
Boat people used to use these engines (4Hp or 6HP) in single or dual form to flee the country after the Fall Of Saigon.

I fled VN on a small wooden boat (3m width, 18m in lenght) 6HP Yanmar diesel with a group of 27 people, took us 7 days and nights, from Nhatrang, SVN to the Philippines
