Vibrant colours, foreground interest, composition. There are so many elements with which to compliment these images well done Alex. I like the potential of #3 I find it difficult to cope visually with the slanting horizon, creative i suppose, but i think i'd like to seewhat it would look like straightened but same angle and general perspective. Great work though!

I will be going down to tassie to see tulips as well.

how was your trip to South east asia or am i speaking to the wrong alex here?

Wendell, I would be the last person to put you off Tassie, but the tulips at the Tulip Festival last weekend in the Botanical Gardens in Hobart are a bit ordinary compared with Alex's and some of the other shots recently on this forum. Alex's tulip shots are from Melbourne I think. The number and variety at RTBG was very disappointing. It may be better in the North of Tas, but I haven't seen anything to rave about down South. :(
