Much nicer, but i'd reduce the exposure a little and straighten out the horizon, i nearly fell off my chair looking at it

Just kidding. I like it.

It's a difficult shot to take due to the bright lights and dark street. Perhaps two layers taken at different exposures merged in PS would help there.

I think Canberra looks better at night

its only so very slightly off...

Look at the two flag poles either side of the central one...
and there is a red light only just visable under the tree on the left... (it is facing to the side) and that lines up with its opposite number on the right...

Actually I will add my own critique...
I now want to try this one shooting from the ground to get the lines on the pavers stronger
