I think that Owen's spot on.
There's still some of the sky left in the area adjacent to his hair whee it intersects with the building's roof, on the rh side as we view the image. Reasonably well done however, but this image still needs some serious curves work, btw. g.

Very good! Yeah I will have to finish it off alittle better and as said do more work with curves... Cheers Scott Nikon D80, Nikkor VR 80-400mm, Nikkor 18-135mm (kit lense), 90mm 2.8 macro, Tamron 2x AF TC

The hand on the shoulder, I don't think it belongs to the guy in the red shirt. Apart from looking a tad over sized in relation to his body AND in the wrong position in relation to his shoulder, it's also got a blue sleeve.
Does the name Pavlov ring a bell?
It actually does belong there, I think the blue sleeve that you are seeing is his watch. Nikon D80, Nikkor VR 80-400mm, Nikkor 18-135mm (kit lense), 90mm 2.8 macro, Tamron 2x AF TC

I think the blue sleeve is actually a wrist watch...
I must admit that the hand on the shoulder is very odd. The guy it is supposed to belong to has his shoulder going down which, perspectively, would mean that his arm must be ultra long.
Just seen the original and now know why the hand looked odd. The shoulder in the original is obviously at the right angle for the hand. Chris
