More storm picsSeems like its storm season all over the country.

That first one is a keeper, blow it up poster size, frame it and sell it...
(It certain compares to the link of the pro lighting photography). Great shots, especially for your first try.... How good are all these storms, they are turning up awesome photos!
They are both great pics, but i feel the first one could do with the foreground cropped a bit to get rid of the part of the image that isn't doing anything.

They are awesome! Especially the 1st one. I also agree that the pano crop would probably work well. Any chance of some EXIF from that 1st photo?

Pano for the win!! Top notch stuff, lightning over water and lightning over skyscapers make some of the finest shots, we've had examples of both in the recent storms.. excellent stuff.
