My VRrrrrrr had a great work out this weekend, we had back to back events, even shooting in the rain
An image that caught my eye...I love the light.
I think the colour on her arm is not right, more purple to me, or it's just my eyes.

Have not tried....not a flash guy. Only use flash if I really have too.
Depend on the lighting, flash with diffuser and to the right angle of the flash, it will apply with a good result and composition. I didn't use flash a lot but have to, in some circumstances. Birddog114

The location was very low light...bride was under tree cover....not much side light too...

Flash can work quite well if you don't over do it. Just enough to provide a bit of boost to the light your working with. I think a bit in this instance would of helped.

True I am an available light guy......but I have been loving the D70+ Sb800 combo for fill in backlight situations

I really like your wedding photos. I like the first of these two posted here. Incidently, another 6 degrees of seperation thing here. At work my girlfriend sits next to the maiden of honour of the wedding you photographed last week. She showed her some of the shots you took and when she came home she said "They have some gorgeous photographs, taken by someone called Vin...." "Vincent Lai" I said in a flash "That's him, they're brilliant" Small world mate. Matt

All weddings are different and never goes to plan..you do what you can
ps. I still remember the wedding of Parker & Jodie...a couple of years ago...soo rich..but cannot control the weather..it was pouring down that day
