Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

Hi Mateo,

certainly brings back good memories (originally from Canada). But I don't miss the next of the seasons ;-)

That third shot is beautiful, great colours, can almost smell those crispy leaves.

Thanks,

Yes, #1 is beautiful, and nicely cropped.

#3 works very well for me. You've identified the dominant element (the walkway) and framed it to form an interesting diagonal leading line, while making the usually-expected level horizon subordinate to that dominant element. If you'll excuse my clumsy analysis...

Love the colours of what you call Fall and we call Autumn, they are so rich and warm. :D

You should try Brisbane, where we really only have two seasons - humid and not humid.

Lovely autumn colours, and I wish they were more prevalent here in Aus. I really like the last image also. :D

#3 is the pick here, but #1 is a close second. Both have those lovely autumnal tones (can't bring myself to say fall!) and the composition and angled framing work well. #2 doesn't grab me - I think in large part because the central flower doesn't fill the frame enough. Maybe a tighter crop?

I agree with most other comments... but... umm... have you noticed that your horizon is not level in #3??? Guess you could try to fix it in PP
We've spent quite a bit of time discussing just how important a level horizon is and you've clearly not been listening

Well done... look forward to more.
